We will be treating our senior Mom's to a special Mother's Day gift by assembling and delivering flowers to the women who attend lunch at the Carlsbad Senior Center on Thursday May 7th.  We need just a few volunteers to help assemble the flowers (bud vase, flowers, ribbon and Happy Mother's day tag) and distribute to the senior Mom's at lunch.

This is the craniofacial clinic in Tecate that our club has participated in for a number of years. The spring clinic always starts the third Thursday in May. Dave Tweedy and Jan Zachry are the mainstays of this clinic. Others who would like to attend need to inform Dave two weeks in advance so that he can arrange appropriate job duties.

Meet at the C-Bar on State Street for Happy Hour. Happy Hour prices are from 4-6pm that night only (and just for us!) but feel free to stay after to enjoy the delicious food and drinks and camaraderie with our club members.Thanks to Natilee Meacham for setting it up!

This is our big project. An epic project... where we will build 20 beds for Carlsbad/North County kids who don't have them.  They are sharing beds or, more likely, sleeping on the floor. Let's give them a good night's sleep! Get excited to make a big impact!

We will be cutting wood, sanding, staining, drilling. If hands-on work like this is not for you, you can still help by donating twin size sheets, blankets, comforters, and pillows. 
Bring to any Rotary meeting prior to May 16. 

Sign-ups will be limited to 50 adults (or older teens with supervision).

Debbie Friedman will present on her new book and her history as one of the first women lifeguards in California. She will be accompanied by Patty Mackle, who many of us know as the head of Junior Lifeguards in Carlsbad.

Meet at Manka to explore delicious Peruvian cuisine! They are putting together a happy hour menu just for us AND they are going to be one of our food vendors at our wine & food fest!!

For our last club meeting of the 2025/2026 year, we will hear from Larry Kesslin, author of The Joy Molecule.  Expect an uplifting and inspirational presentation!

Meet up at the senior center where we will assemble gift bags and distribute to senior lunch guests.

Regular active members have already prepaid $37.00 through their 4th quarter Club billing.
